Design Process

I am passionate about producing practical, modern designs built on the back of user experience research and contemporary design thinking. I take an iterative approach to design that focusses on lean design and feedback loops to ensure the design product is inline with user expectations, paired with practical research and modern design aesthetic.

I enjoy innovating and pushing the envelope to challenge traditional design concepts and produce contemporary solutions to client problems. I work closely with clients to uncover the objectives of their work and the problem it will solve. Understanding success for the client enables me to work with the end user and iteratively generate a product that combines technical feasibility, with business and user requirements.

Front End Developing

I have a strong background in front end development, with a comprehensive understanding of design languages including HTML, SCSS, JavaScript etc. and confidently wield the appropriate tools like visual studio, git etc. I pride myself on my clean, high quality coding standards and am always looking for opportunities to learn more and be better.

I am able to work on design projects from the initiation and am also confident building on the work of others. Whether it is design something new, maintenance or repairs, I thoroughly enjoy the challenge of solving problems and enhancing a product.

I always consider myself a student when it comes to development; I strive to continually learn better techniques, more languages and more efficient way to build products.
